The Group operates in three segments: communications test segment, industrial computing and communications segment, and digital color enhancement systems segment. The Communications Test segment develops, manufactures and markets instruments, systems, software and services to test, deploy, manage and optimize communications networks and equipment. Industrial Computing and Communications provides portable computer products to the ruggedized personal computer market. The Da Vinci segment provides digital color enhancement systems used in the production of television commercials and programming. The Group discontinued its Airshow business in fiscal 2003.
