Major semiconductor manufacturers to produce integrated circuits called chips use the equipment and process technology supplied by Group. The Group offers LYNX series production-proven equipment for 200mm and 300mm semiconductor production, thin film deposition products for chemical vapor deposition, atomic layer deposition and pre-clean capabilities. The major customers of the Group include Infineon Technologies, NEC, Samsung Electronics Company, Ltd. HGST, Western Digital, Fujitsu and Seagate Technologies.
