Kopin Corporation. The Group's principal activity is to develop, manufacture and sell Gallium Arsenide-based HBT transistor wafers and other commercial semiconductor products that use Indium Phosphide, Gallium Nitride, and Gallium Arsenide-based substrates. Major products of the Group are III-V products and miniature flat panel displays. It has also been developing light emitting diodes (LEDs) grown on sapphire substrates which are called CyberLitesTM. HBT transistor wafers are customer-specific arrays of vertically oriented transistors used primarily to produce high performance integrated circuits for wireless communications products. Cyberdisplay products are miniature, high performance, high resolution, low cost displays designed for consumer electronics and next generation mobile communications devices. The customers of the Group are Victor Company of Japan Ltd (JVC), Skyworks Solutions Inc and Samsung Electronics Co Ltd.
