Out-Takes, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is to produce electricity and sell it to the retail providers of consumer electricity in California. The Group generates electricity from natural gas that is rendered waste during the course of oil production. It owns and operates a 1 MW waste gas electricity plant in Los Alamos, California. During fiscal 2002, the Group was forced to terminate its operations because of a lack of cash flow. The Group has now entered into a Participating Generator Agreement with the California Independent System Operator to sell power.
