Scottish and Southern Energy PLC. The Group's principal activities are generating, transmitting, distributing and supplying electricity, energy trading, storage and supplying gas, electrical, environmental and utility contracting, domestic appliance retailing and telecoms. The Group is involved in electricity generation, supply and energy trading markets as well as the gas market. The Group also has interest relating to electric goods retailing and electric and utility contracting. The Group has operations in England, Wales, the Isle of Man and Scotland.
