The Group's principal activities are the production, supply and sale of electricity, heating and public lighting in Berlin and surrounding areas, with an emphasis on finding renewable energy sources. The Company operates through five main divisions: Electricity sales (electricity sales to end users); electricity trading (physical and financial trade of electricity through business partners and power exchanges); grid access,(distribution and transmission networks); heat supplies and public lighting.
