The Company is also involved in the research, manufacture and development of battery related products. Operations are carried out through two main production areas: ANTRIEBS BATTERIEN: the manufacture of batteries for electrically powered engines, for example, mining cars, wheelchairs, conveyer belts, road sweepers and washing machines; ORTSFESTE BATTERIEN; unbroken electricity supply from fixed power plants to radio stations, airports, concert halls, shopping centres and hospitals etc. The manufacture and supply of industrial batteries for electric-powered vehicles, electricity supply on a commercial scale.
