Company Description
Environmental Elements Corporation. The Group's principal activities are to supply, service and maintain proprietary air pollution control systems and products that enable customers to operate their facilities with regulations limiting particulate and gaseous emissions. The Group operates in two segments: Services Business, which provides rehabilitation and rebuilding of air pollution control systems and ongoing maintenance services and spare parts on routine or emergency response basis. Systems Business, which enters into contracts for original equipment systems and major rehabilitation and rebuild projects. The Group operates in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and selected areas of Asia. Services accounted for 60% of fiscal 2004 revenues and Systems, 40%
