Environmental Monitoring & Testing Corp. The Company's principal activity was environmental drilling which has been discontinued since 31-Dec-2001. The Company sold its real estate, office equipment and drilling assets and ceased operation. As on 30-Sep-2002, the Company is currently an inactive corporation. Prior to 31-Dec-2001, the Company provided environmental drilling, primarily environmental monitoring and testing in South Carolina and Georgia. The drilling activities included drilling for soil and water samples, drilling and installation of ground water monitoring wells, drilling and installation of recovery wells (primarily hydrocarbon wells), and drilling and installation of water supply production wells.
