Environmental Safeguards, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is to provide development, production and sale of environmental remediation and recycling technologies and services primarily to oil and gas industries, waste management companies and other industrial customers. The services offered include remediation and recycling of soil contaminated by oil-based drilling fluids, fuel spills, leakage at storage tanks, pipelines, refinery wastes, ship sludge and other sources of hydrocarbon contamination such as settling ponds, refineries, petrochemical facilities, abandoned fields and department defense installations. The Group uses Indirect Thermal Desorption units (ITD units) and proprietary processes for cleaning the environment. The Group has operations in the United States, the United Kingdom, Latin America and Middle East. Provides environmental remediation and hydrocarbon reclamation, recycling services mainly to oil and gas industries
