Company Description
Akita Drilling Ltd. The Company's principal activity is to provide drilling contract services for exploration of oil and gas. The Company operates a fleet of 36 drilling rigs within the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and in Canada's northern territories. In addition to conventional drilling services, the Company constructs and operates purpose-built arctic rigs. The Company also conducts directional, horizontal and under balanced drilling and provides specialized drilling services to independent and multinational oil and gas companies.
