Dual Holding Company. Dual Holding Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of ENSCO International Incorporated. The company provides contract drilling services. The drilling rigs of the company consist of three jackup rigs and seven platform rigs. These drilling rigs are located in North America and the Asia Pacific region.
