FMC Corporation. The Group's principal activity is to provide innovative solutions, applications and market-leading products to a wide variety of end markets. The Group operates in three segments: Agricultural products, Specialty chemicals and Industrial chemicals. The Agricultural products segment manufactures and sells a portfolio of crop protection, structural pest control, turf and ornamental products around the world. The Specialty chemicals segment manufactures biopolymer and lithium, which are used by food, pharmaceutical and specialty additives businesses and also by personal care, dental, polymers, industrial and energy storage markets. The Industrial chemicals segment manufactures soda ash, hydrogen peroxide, specialty peroxygens and phosphorus chemicals that are used by pulp and paper, electronics, chemical processing, food and textiles industries. The products of the Group are sold in North America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Asia pacific regions. Industrial Chemicals accounted for 42% of 2006 gross revenues; Agricultural Products, 33% and Specialty Chemicals, 25%
