Gerrity Oil & Gas Corporation

Gerrity Oil & Gas Corporation is an independent energy company primarily engaged in the drilling of low risk oil and gas development wells. Gerrity Well Services, Inc (GWS), a wholly owned subsidiary, provides the company with well site development, water hauling and related services. GTT, Inc. (GTT), another wholly owned subsidiary, was formed to facilitate the purchase and sale, aggregation, quality control and marketing of petroleum products. During 1994 the company drilled 114 wells, all but one of which were commercially successful, and performed 130 behind-the-pipe recompletions in various formations on existing wells. Over the past five years, the company has drilled 1,019 wells, 1,008 of which were commercially successful. In 1994 the company operated 1,829 wells and owned interests in 173 wells.
