Noble Drilling Corporation. The principal activities of the Group are the provision of diversified services for oil and gas industry such as: the provision of turnkey drilling, drilling project management, drilling and completion planning and design, and contract engineering and consulting manpower; and the provision of engineering services relating primarily to the design of drilling equipment for offshore development and production services and to the recertification of oil field equipment. The Group acquired Maurer Engineering Incorporated a privately held engineering firm in 2001.
