Tesco Corporation. The Group's principal activities are to design, manufacture and service technology-based solutions for the upstream energy industry. The Group provides a range of products and services to reduce the cost of drilling and producing oil and gas. The Group has two operating divisions: Wellsite services and Oil and gas equipment . Wellsite services division provides services, including the use of specialized equipment primarily to oil and gas operators. The Oil and gas equipment division designs, manufactures and sells, including after-sales support, of specialized equipment to the oil and gas and mining industry. The Group operates in Canada, the United States, Mexico, South America, South East Asia, Europe, Africa and Middle East. Wellsite services accounted for 62% of 2002 revenues and Oil & gas equipment, 38%.
