The company's oilfield equipment segment provides a wide range of manufactured oilfield products under the names Reda Pump, Lasalle Engineering, Lawrence Technology, Hycalog, Reed Tool, Camco Products and Site Oil Tools. The company's oilfield services segment provides oilfield services principally under the names Production Operators, Camco Coiled Tubing Services, Camco Wireline and Drilling and Services. Camco also provides synthetic diamond drill bits, roller cone drill bits, electric submersible pump systems and subsurface safety valve systems. In 1997, the company acquired Production Operators Corp., the market leader in total responsibility gas compression services. The company has operations in the United States, Europe, Mexico, Central and South America, Far East, Middle East, Africa and Canada. Oilfield equipment accounted for 67% of 1997 revenues and oilfield services, 33%.
