Offshore Logistics, Incorporated. The Group's principal activity is to provide helicopter transportation services to the oil and gas industry. It operates in two segments: Helicopter activities and Production management services. The Helicopter activities segment provides transportation of personnel and time-sensitive equipment from onshore bases to offshore drilling rigs, platforms and other installations, as well as general aviation services. These services are provided primarily in the United States, Europe, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Nigeria and Australia. Customers include national and international petroleum and offshore construction companies. The Production management services segment provides oil and gas production facilities to oil and gas companies in the Gulf of Mexico. On 21-Dec-2001, the Group acquired Cox, Kraay & Associates and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Pueblo Airmotive Inc. Aviation services accounted for 91% of fiscal 2002 revenues and Production management services, 9%.
