Company Description
Citgo Petroleum Corporation. The Group's principal activities are to refine, market and transport petroleum products including Gasoline, Diesel Fuel, Jet Fuel, Petrochemicals, Lubricants, Asphalt and Refined Waxes. The Group is wholly owned subsidiary of PDV America Inc. Transportation fuel customers include wholesale marketers, convenience stores and airlines. The customers for asphalt are independent paving contractors and the customers for lubricants are independent marketers, mass marketers and industrial customers. The Group owns and operates a crude oil pipeline and three products pipeline systems.
