The company currently markets over two billion gallons of performance tested gasoline through its branded outlets in operated corner stores in Texas, Colorado, Louisiana and New Mexico and outlets in nine states. Other business activities include petrochemical processing, anhydrous ammonia, natural gas liquids storage, marketing and distribution. During the year The Three Rivers Refinery began processing natural gas liquids from local gas processing plants. The company acquired National Convenience Stores Incorporated in 1995. Oil refining and wholesale petroleum accounted for 49% of 95 revenues; retail refined petroleum, 38% and allied businesses, 13%.
