Teppco Partners, L.P.. The Group's principal activity is to invest in properties, transports, stores and provides terminal services for petroleum products. The Group operates in three segments: The Upstream segment gathers, transports, markets and stores crude oil and distributes lubrication oils. The Downstream segment provides for transportation and storage of refined products, liquefied petroleum gases and petrochemicals. The Midstream segment gathers natural gas, fractionation and transportation of natural gas liquids. The Group operates through TE Products Pipeline Company, Limited Partnership, TCTM LP and TEPPCO Midstream Companies LP. The customers of the Group include major integrated oil companies, independent oil companies and wholesalers. End markets for these deliveries are primarily retail service stations, truck stops, railroads, agricultural enterprises, refineries and military and commercial jet fuel users.
