Koninklijke Pakhoed NV (Royal Pakhoed) is a group of companies which provide storage, transport and distribution services to the chemicals and oil industries worldwide. Royal Pakhoed is divided into three expanding sectors forming the core of its business. The tank storage division, with 11 locations in the NL, 8 in the USA/Canada, 10 in other European countries, 2 in Saudi Arabia and 5 in Asia , service the demand of the oil and chemicals industries. The distribution division handles oil and chemical products and has 37 locations in Europe and 130 in North America. Logistics cover shipping and specialized services, shipping, storage and brokerage. Distribution accounted for 86% of 1998 revenues and logistics (tank storage, shipping & specialised services), 14%.
