Pennichuck Corporation. The Group's principal activities are to collect, store, treat, distribute and sell potable water throughout southern and central New Hampshire. The operations are conducted through three segments: Water utility, Real estate and Contract operations and other. The Water utility segment is involved in collecting, treating and distribution of water for domestic, industrial, commercial and fire protection services. Real estate segment is involved in the ownership, development, management and sale of property. Contract operations and other is involved in the contracts and laboratory testing activities. The Group also conducts non-regulated, water related management services and contract operations.
