SJW Corp.. The Group's principal activities are to produce, purchase, store, purify, distribute and sell water. It operates in two segments: Water Utility & Related Services and SJW Land. The San Jose Water Company provides water utility and utility-related services to its customers. The SJW Land company owns and operates parking facilities in San Jose, California, commercial buildings and other undeveloped land primarily in the San Jose Metropolitan area, some properties in the states of Florida and Connecticut. It provides nonregulated water related services under agreements with municipalities. The nonregulated services include full water system operations, billings and cash remittances. It provides water service to customers in portions of the cities of Cupertino and San Jose and in the cities of Campbell, Monte Sereno, Saratoga and the Town of Los Gatos and Santa Clara. On 31-May-2006, it acquired Canyon Lake Water Supply Corporation. Water Utility & Related Services accounted for 97% of 2006 revenues; Real Estate Activities, 2% and Other, 1%
