AGAB AG fuer Anlagen und Beteiligungen (AGAB), founded in 1978 and publicly traded since 1980, is a holding company with investments in a diversified range of companies. The company's investment portfolio consists of minority shareholdings in medium-sized industrial, trading, retail, service and banking companies. In addition, AGAB provides management consultancy services, working capital financing and other loans to the companies in which it invests.
