Sand Aire Investments Plc

Sand Aire Investments plc invests some of its total assets in UK equities. The reconstruction of the company divided it into two new investment vehicles: a privately-controlled company (Sand Aire Limited) and authorised unit trust. Their new investment management subsidiary, Sand Aire Unit Trust Managers Limited, was formed and its role in managing their new unit trust, which they have named the "Sand Aire Generation Fund", was agreed. They have also developed a separate strategy for a new private equity investment business to be carried on by the company once it becomes a subsidiary of Sand Aire Limited folowing the reconstruction. The strategy will facilitate investment in small and medium-sized unquoted trading companies in the UK which offer the potential for attractive returns over the longer term.
