Company Description
Aberdeen New Dawn Investment Trust PLC. The Company's principal activity is that of an Investment Trust Company. The objective of the Company is to provide shareholders with a high level of capital growth through equity investment in the Asia Pacific countries ex Japan. The Company is an Investment Company within the meaning of Section 266 of the Companies Act 1985. The Company has been approved by the Inland Revenue as an Investment Trust for the purposes of Section 842 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 for the year ended 30-Apr-2005.Investment management services are provided by Aberdeen Asset Management Asia Ltd for an annual fee of 1% of the net asset value of the Company valued monthly, payable monthly in arrears. The agreement is terminable on one year's notice. Operates as an Investment Trust Company
