AIM Trust plc (The). The Group's principal activity is that of an Investment Trust. The objective of the Group is to provide long-term capital growth for shareholders by investing in a portfolio of AIM companies. The Company is an Investment Company within the meaning of Section 842 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988. Inland Revenue approval has been given up to 31-Jan-2002. In the opinion of the Directors the Company has subsequently conducted its affairs so as to enable it to continue to obtain such approval.Investment management services are provided by ISIS Asset Management PLC for a quarterly fee, payable in arrears, equal to 0.3125% of the value of the total assets less current liabilities of the Company. The manager also receives a quarterly secretarial fee, payable in arrears, comprising an annual fee adjusted for the UK Index of Retail Prices. The agreement is terminable by one year's notice.
