Edinburgh UK Tracker Trust plc. The Company's principal activity is that of an Investment Trust. The objective of the Company is to invest in a portfolio designed to track closely the FTSE All-Share Index, both in terms of capital and income. The Company is an Investment Company within the meaning of Section 266 of the Companies Act 1985. The Company has been approved by the Inland Revenue as an Investment Trust for the purposes of Section 842 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 for the year ended 31-Dec-2005. Investment management services are provided by Edinburgh Fund Managers PLC for a fee calculated at the rate of 0.0625% per quarter of the total assets of the Company after deducting current liabilities and excluding commonly managed funds. This fee is reduced to 0.025% per quarter on the value of total assets in excess of £100 million. The agreement is terminable by either party on three months' notice.
