Company Description
Framlington Innovative Growth Trust PLC. The Company's principal activity is that of an Investment Trust Company. The objective of the Company is to produce long term capital growth through investment in a portfolio of growth companies based in or predominantly trading in the United Kingdom. The Company is an Investment Company within the meaning of Section 266 of the Companies Act 1985. The Company has been approved by the HM Revenue and Customs as an Investment Trust for the purposes of Section 842 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988.Investment management services are provided by AXA Framlington Investment Management Ltd for a fee calculated at 0.20% of the total assets less current liabilities (excluding VAT) payable quarterly. The agreement is terminable on one year's notice. Operates as an Investment Trust Company
