Company Description
JZ Equity Partners PLC(JZEP). The Company's principal activity is that of an Investment Trust Company. The objective of the Company is to create a portfolio of investments in businesses primarily in the United States, providing a superior overall return comprised of a current yield and significant capital appreciation. The Company is an Investment Company within the meaning of Section 266 of the Companies Act 1985. The Company has been approved by the HM Revenue & Customs as an Investment Trust for the purposes of Section 842 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 for the year ended 31-Mar-2005.Investment advisory services are provided by Jordan/Zalaznick Advisers Inc for a fee calculated at the rate of 1.5% per annum on the value of the Company's gross assets at the end of each calendar year. The agreement may be terminated by either party on one year's notice. Operates as an Investment Trust Company
