Company Description
Keystone Investment Trust Plc. The Company's principal activity is that of an Investment Trust Company. The objective of the Company is to provide shareholders with long-term growth of capital, mainly from the United Kingdom investments. The Company is an Investment Company within the meaning of Section 266 of the Companies Act 1985. The Company has been approved by the HM Revenue and Customs as an Investment Trust for the purposes of Section 842 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 for the year ended 30-Sep-2005.Investment management services are provided by INVESCO Asset Management Ltd for a fee calculated at 0.2% of the average value of the market capitalisation of the Company's shares. The agreement is terminable by either party upon the expiry of not less than three months' written notice. Operates as an Investment Trust Company
