It has two operating divisions: Consumer solutions and Business solutions. Consumer solutions provide mortgage loans, personal finances, deposit transactions, fund management and insurance. Business solutions provide corporate banking leasing and hire purchase, foreign exchange and money market transactions and develop e-Commerce solutions. Business solutions accounted for 49% of 2002 revenues; consumer solutions, 41% and other/eliminations, 10%.
