The Company's principal activity is the provision of financial services through the following divisions: BANKING (currency dealing, securities trading operations, private and merchant banking and asset management); INSURANCE (life insurance, reinsurance, motor, accidents and health); HOLDING AND SPECIALIZED FINANCIAL SERVICES (investing, leasing, financial consultancy, real estate financing and management). The Company is the Parent Company of the Almanij-Kredietbank Group which comprises a network of financial institutions and companies with related activities. The Company offers a complete range of financial services with the institutions working largely independently of each other.
