During 2003, the Group disposed its interest in Saambou Life. It is the intention of the Board to continue to divest the company of its subsidiaries and to wind down its subsidiaries. This will remain in place through to the year-end 31-Mar-2004 after which the company will be liquidated and a final distribution made to shareholders.
