The Group accepts deposits and provides loans and other services through its eleven subsidiaries. Deposits include checking, savings, NOW and money market accounts and time deposits of various type. Loans are provided for business, agriculture, real estate, personal uses and home improvement and on mortgages. The lending activity also includes revolving loans and loan participation. Other services provided by the Group are personal trust and employee benefit services, credit cards, letters of credit, brokerage and fixed rate annuities. The Group also provides safe deposit box rentals, electronic funds transfer and automated teller machines services.
