The company currently conducts its full service banking and residential mortgage lending through 19 locations in the metropolitan Atlanta area. The products and services of the company include depository accounts, indirect automobile lending, credit card loans, construction and residential real estate loans, commercial loans, securities brokerage services, trust products and services and international trading services. Interest fees on loans accounted for 71% of 1999 revenues; other interest income, 7% and non-interest income, 22%.
