The Bank through the banking subsidiaries provides financial products and services to customers in Hawaii, the South and West Pacific, Asia, California and Arizona. The majority of the Group's operations consist of customary commercial and consumer banking services including, but not limited to, lending, leasing, deposit services, trust and investment activities and trade financing. Other activities of the Group include consumer finance, equipment leasing, insurance and insurance agency services, securities brokerage and investment services. Interest income accounted for 60% of 2000 revenues; other interest income, 21% and non-interest income, 19%.
