In addition, the Group provides other services, which include leasing, investment banking, corporate finance, treasury management, merchant processing, insurance, trust and investment management, retail brokerage and alternative investments including stocks, bonds, mutual funds and annuities. The Group also provides mortgage services that include acceptance and application of mortgage loans and escrow payments. On 13-May-2004, the Group acquired Coastal Bancorp Inc. At 30-Jun-2005, the Group operated in 320 locations in 34 Louisiana parishes and 35 Texas counties, two mortgage loan productions and retail brokerage services offices in Louisiana, Texas and portions of South Mississippi.
