The services of the Group are provided through 141 banking centers in Missouri, Illinois, Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma and Nebraska. The Group owns 4 commercial banks, a reinsurance company, a community development corporation, a consulting company and a mutual fund servicing company. On 15-Sep-2006, it completed the acquisition of Mountain States Bancorporation, Inc.
