Wealth Management: Provides a broad range of personal and corporate fiduciary services including the administration of decedent and trust estates. Insurance: Includes a full-service insurance agency offering all lines of commercial and personal insurance through major carriers. Consumer Finance: Involved in making personal installment loans to individuals and purchasing installment sales finance contracts from retail merchants. As of 31-Dec- 2006, the Group operates 154 community banking offices Pennsylvania and Ohio and 53 Consumer Finance offices in Pennsylvania, Ohio and Tennessee.
