These are located in the cities of Danville and Martinsville, South Boston, and the counties of Pittsylvania, Henry and Halifax in Virginia and the county of Caswell in North Carolina. The wholly owned subsidiaries make and sell mortgage loans and to offer non-deposit investment products such as mutual funds and insurance.
