It also provides credit card services, merchant and automated teller machine processing, mortgage banking, insurance, brokerage, leasing and investment banking. The lending services include traditional commercial credit products as well as credit card services, financing and import/export trade, asset-backed lending, agricultural finance and other products. Depository services include checking accounts, savings accounts and time certificate contracts. As on 31-Dec-2005, the Group operates through 2,419 full-service branch offices in 24 states and provides services to individuals, institutions, and public sector clients. It also operates a network of 5,003 branded ATMs and provides 24-hour, seven day a week telephone customer service.
