Wachovia Corporation(WB). The Company is a bank holding company which provides a wide range of services to domestic and foreign customers. Services provided include credit card services, full-service brokerage and investment underwriting services, trust and investment management, residential mortgage origination, leasing, foreign exchange; corporate finance and other money market services. The Company has five segments: Asset and Wealth management, Corporate, Consumer, Credit Card and Treasury and Administration. During the year, the Company acquired Partners First Holdings LLC, B C Bankshares, Commerce National Corporation & DavisBaldwin Inc. Interest & fees on loans accounted for 65% of 2000 revenues; other interest income, 8% and non-interest income, 27%.
