Company Description
ASB Financial Corp.. The Group's principal activity is to originate real estate and construction loans secured by first mortgages on one- to four-family residential real estate. The Group is a unitary savings and loan holding company, which operates through its subsidiary, American Savings Bank. It also purchases interests in multifamily real estate loans and non-residential loans. In addition, the Group originates consumer loans, including automobile loans, loans secured by deposit accounts, home improvement loans and a limited number of unsecured loans.
