Company Description
Home City Financial Corporation. The Group's principal activities are to provide a variety of financial services to individuals and corporate customers through its offices located in Springfield, Ohio. It operates through the wholly owned subsidiary, Home City Federal Savings Bank of Springfield. The Group's deposit products are NOW accounts, money market accounts, statement savings accounts, passbook savings accounts and term certificate accounts. The lending products include first and second mortgage loans secured by one-to-four-family residential real estate and nonresidential real estate, loans for the construction of residential real estate, loans secured by multifamily real estate, commercial loans and consumer loans. The Group invests in U.S. Government and federal agency obligations, interest-bearing deposits in other financial institutions, mortgage-backed securities and municipal securities. The Group also provides a variety of insurance products to individuals and corporate customers.
