Blue Planet Worldwide Financials Investment Trust Plc. The Company's principal activity is that of an Investment Trust Company. The objective of the Company is to provide investors with a high rate of total return. The Company is an Investment Company within the meaning of Section 266 of the Companies Act 1985. The Company qualifies as an Investment Trust within the meaning of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 as amended.Investment management services are provided by Blue Planet Investment Management Ltd for a fee of 1.25% per annum of the total assets (after deducting cross holdings in other Blue Planet Investment Trusts and Funds) of the Company payable monthly. The agreement may be terminated on receipt of two years' notice. Operates as an Investment Trust Company
