AutoLend Group, Inc.. The Group's principal activity is to maintain portfolios of unmatured life insurance policies purchased from persons with life-threatening illnesses. This portfolio is operated through its subsidiaries American Life Resources Group Inc and LBNM Inc. The Group maintained a residual portfolio of sub-prime, consumer used-car loans. During fiscal 2001, the Group discontinued the operations of loan portfolio business and in fiscal 2002 this portfolio was sold to an unrelated third party.
