It is a wholly-owned finance subsidiary of Caterpillar Inc. The retail financing is comprised of financing of Caterpillar equipment, machinery or engines and financing for vehicles, power generation facilities and marine vessels. The Group also provide wholesale financing to Caterpillar dealers and purchase short-term dealer receivables. The Group operates in the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
