Quester VCT plc. The Company's principal activity is that of a Venture Capital Trust Company. The objective of the Company is to provide shareholders with an attractive income and capital return by maximising the value of existing venture capital investments on exit and to focus on achieving as many exists as practicable during the next three years and by implementing a process of reinvestment of available liquid assets in venture capital investments, so as to maintain the status of the Company as an approved venture capital trust. The Company is an Investment Company within the meaning of Section 266 of the Companies Act 1985. The Company has been approved by the HMRC as a Venture Capital Trust for the purposes of Section 842AA of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 for the year ended 28-Feb-2006.Investment management services are provided by Quester Capital Management Ltd for a fee calculated at 2.5% of the net assets of the Company payable quarterly in arrears.
